Ingredients
- 8 slices sandwich bread
- 8 slices crisply cooked bacon
- 8 teaspoons Butter
- 8 (3/4-ounce) Cheese slices
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, cut into slices
For Crispy Cooked Bacon
- Preheat oven to 375-400 degrees Fahrenheit on convection bake.
- Place the oven rack and custom drip oven pan (oven-safe pan).
- The racks must sit even at the bottom of the pan without leaning.
- Lay the standard cut bacon side by side on the oven rack with excess over the backside.
- Place in the conventional oven.
- Cook for 16-21 minutes until it turns crispy brown.
- Transfer crispy cooked bacon slices to a plate and set aside.

How To Make Bacon And Avocado Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminium foil and set aside.
Step 2
Spread one side of the bread slice with 1 teaspoon butter
Step 3
Layer 1 slice bread, buttered-side down on the baking sheet, with 1 slice cheese, 2 slices of crispy bacon, 3 slices avocado, and 1 slice cheese. Top with 1 slice bread, buttered-side up.
Step 4
Bake the sandwiches until bottoms are a toasted golden brown, about 10 minutes. Flip and continue to bake until cheese is melted and the other side is toasted as well. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
